Managed to go to the airplane museum after my coffee with comrades! Gonna have to go without kids one day 😂 Its hot but those planes are pretty cool. Mostly WW2, wasn't expecting it to be so up my alley.

Came by our favorite ice cream place after work. Got myself a lavender ice cream float and its sooo good! Everything lavender ive tried has been dry and bitter but this is absolutely perfect- especially with some Dublin vanilla cream soda.

Took all evening but it was worth it. I haven't made this recipe since 2019 and it was the best thing I ever cooked, and this time I got to make it with actual pork belly instead of whatever I could scrounge.
Hopefully next time it'll take less time now that I kinda know what im doing 😂
