Saying goodbye to my beloved treatment room in Clemmons. This space has been a real blessing.It is with a mixture of gratitude and a touch of wistfulness that I acknowledge the end of an era. This particular space has been a significant chapter, offering solace and facilitating healing for many. It has truly been a place of profound positive impact and personal fulfillment. I am deeply thankful for the opportunities and experiences it has provided. The memories created within these walls are cherished. As I move forward, I carry the lessons learned and the connections made. This chapter closes, but its influence will undoubtedly endure. I extend my sincere appreciation for all that has been.

My Why ✨

People often ask why I chose this path… why massage therapy, lymphatic work, energy balancing, Reiki, Ayurveda, yoga, nervous system care… why this.

The truth is simple.

Because I know what it feels like to need support. To need someone to hold space. To need help finding your way back to yourself.

Over the years, I have been deeply impacted by the people who showed up for me — teachers, healers, mentors, friends, family, and moments of kindness that arrived exactly when I needed them. Their support changed me.

This work is my way of giving back.

Every session is more than massage to me. It is creating a space where people can exhale. A space to feel safe, heard, supported, and maybe reconnect with parts of themselves that have been carrying too much for too long.

I don’t believe healing is something we do alone.

I believe we guide each other.

Thank you to every person who has trusted me to walk alongside them on their journey. It is an honor I never take lightly. 🤍

Myth Buster Massage Edition:

“Do I have to get completely undressed for a massage?”
Absolutely not. 💛

One of the biggest myths about massage therapy is that you have to be naked to receive treatment. The truth is — your comfort comes first, always.

At Lovingkindness Bodyworks, you are encouraged to wear whatever allows you to feel safe, relaxed, and supported. Some clients fully undress, some keep underwear on, and others stay partially clothed depending on the type of session. Modalities like Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Thai bodywork, energy balancing, and certain therapeutic sessions can often be done comfortably with clothing on.

Massage therapy is not about vulnerability or pressure — it’s about creating a space where your nervous system can soften and your body can heal.

You will always be professionally draped, respected, and given full autonomy over your session. ✨

Not every massage experience is meant to@ feel the same — and honestly, that’s intentional.

At Lovingkindness Bodyworks, sessions are tailored to the individual sitting on the table that day. Sometimes that looks like focused therapeutic work, sometimes gentle nervous system support, sometimes stillness, breath, and slowing down.

My goal has never been to provide a “one size fits all” experience. It’s to meet people where they are with thoughtful, personalized care.
