Hormonal shifts can cause many symptoms from anxiety & phantom smells to dizziness & nausea 🪷

For me, my biggest symptoms were fatigue but unable to sleep, and, because of this, I was anxious, short-tempered, & would overeat 🪷

Optimization has helped me keep my symptoms at bay 🪷

Last year, I didn’t sleep for 24 hours & I had a miserable time on vacation. Insomnia creeps up on you and you realize that it’s more of a routine thing & not just once in a while because you had caffeine later in the day 🪷

Since I’ve been on my own journey through perimenopause with my practitioner, there isn’t a single day I miss these two 🪷

Starting BHRT early makes it easier to control symptoms and make the transition into postmenopausal life smoother 🪷
