There are still practices that start men and women automatically on DIM supplement or estrogen blockers when starting testosterone replacement therapy 🪷

This practice in antiquated 🪷

Men & women need estrogen 🪷

Estrogen is responsible for protecting our heart, bones, brain, and lubrication of all the things 😉

Men need to have estrogen in the equation to not have erectile dysfunction 🪷

The reason you would adjust testosterone dose (to decrease aromatization) is if you are having symptoms of breast tenderness that doesn’t go away and other PMS-like symptoms 🪷
