Y’all….I’ve been wanting to try Hosta shoots for years. After planting some a year or two ago, I have enough to spare, so I did it. They are DELICIOUS and so tender! Like a cross between asparagus & a fresh green bean.😋

Here I’ve paired it with Tom Kha G*i (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup) and Japanese Ramen Noodles. 🍲

Hostas are definitely finding their way into our meals every spring from now on!

Not all of the old ways are great, but some of them definitely are. Like calming a dry cough with a strong infusion of Marshmallow Root & Peppermint Leaves. Or regulating blood sugar fluctuations with a single-ingredient capsule. And let’s not forget about all-natural, chemical & dye free botanical body care.😌
