It doesn’t discriminate or avoid parts of your body but embraces every part. Your body is constantly detoxifying! Constantly bringing in what you need and letting go of what you don’t. Is there anything special in your life you need? Anything you wish to manifest or build upon? What can you be rid of in order to make space for this new experience? What no longer serves you (even if it did at one point!)? Take a lesson from your heart. Your body is wise. 💗
