✨ Greek Yogurt Bark with Berries, Honey & Pecans ✨
A frozen treat alternative that’s creamy, crunchy, naturally sweet, and honestly looks like marble art!

Recipe:
1️⃣Spread plain or vanilla no sugar added full-fat Greek yogurt onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2️⃣Swirl in mashed raspberries for that pretty watercolor effect, then top with blueberries and a generous sprinkle of chopped pecans for crunch + protein.
3️⃣Freeze until solid
4️⃣ Break into pieces and enjoy!

When I shop at Costco, I look for foods that focus on EASY sources of protein, fiber to keep blood sugar regulated, and healthy fats to keep me full longer. 🍎🍗🫐🍣
