I strongly value the therapeutic relationship with my clients and alway attempt to build off the strengths that my client brings into counseling. I work collaboratively with the client to see patterns and habits that may be interfering with their life satisfaction. I find wholistic care to be a necessity in change and incorporate all aspects of life into the counseling experience. I specialize in

working with anxiety/depression, life transitions and have a passion for integrating sexual wellness into the counseling experience. I utilize aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help the client increase insight and change behavior.
