On The Ground Railroad is a monthly working lunch created to bring together individuals actively engaged in social impact work — from community building and civic engagement to advocacy and systems change.
Hosted at Rid-All Green Partnership, these sessions are designed to offer something many changemakers rarely get: time to pause, connect, and be poured into.
This is not a formal program or panel. It’s a thoughtful, shared space to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and engage in meaningful conversation with others who understand the work.
