Your RAS filters out what doesn’t align with your focus and highlights what does.

That’s why when you buy a new car, you suddenly see it everywhere.

It’s not because it appeared overnight.

It’s because your brain started looking for it.

The same thing happens with your beliefs, expectations, and self-talk.
