What a great, quick read on doula work and why it is important to have doula support in your pregnancy journey. I am currently opening my books for 2026 with availability in January, February, April, and May! I offer placenta encapsulation, tinctures, and prints as well as postpartum care including meal prep, light housework, and overnight care.

Doulas provide support during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. The benefits of hiring a doula include decreased intervention rates and emotional support.

Who’s seen this? 😂 With all of my clients I try to remind mom and partner to rest as often as possible. It is an exhausting experience for both. When I am at a birth I am mostly their for mom & baby, but I never forget about the Partners in the room!
