Winter Solstice honors the wisdom of the longest night of the year, of the sacred darkness that births light. Cultures around the world celebrate the coming of light through the darkness in diverse ways. We invite you to join us on a culturally non-specific, multidimensional journey into the heart of Solstice. Shirley will offer words of wisdom and inspiration that weave in and out of Roger’s guided movement meditation, creating a musical map through the landscape and sacredness of the holy womb that is the human body birthing light into the world.

No movement experience or belief structures are required.
All who wish to embody love and light are welcome.

Please join Roger for a free ecstatic dance tomorrow night.

Tomorrow night on our Tuesdays with TWO call Roger Sams will lead a gentle, uplifting movement meditation. Roger has been practicing movement meditation (often called ecstatic dance) as a body-based spiritual practice for over two decades. Free movement to inspiring music can relax and nourish the body, shift our internal landscape, and open up possibilities for deep listening to the voice of wisdom that resides within each of us. This introductory dance will take you through an exploration of your body parts in a way that will nourish you body, mind and spirit.
