In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we asked some of our participants to share their favorite coping skills in hopes of spreading awareness and helping others discover new tools for when they may feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or simply in need of a reset. ๐
From art and music, to exercise, deep breathing, journaling, cooking, talking with a friend, spending time outdoors, or cuddling with a pet โ coping skills look different for everyone, and thatโs okay!
