Our large family is comprised of mostly women who all are
gracefully approaching middle age season of life. Having a stressful life as busy professionals, we’ve raised children and grandchildren, took care of our families, and managed to take care of our individual health issues. T

here’s always the threat of a troubled health history ranging from asthma, high blood pressure, cancer, mental illness, fibroids, arthritis, chronic eczema, miscellaneous allergies, Alzheimer's, diabetes, to heart conditions and more. If that was not enough now we all are in different stages of Menopause.

We’ve combined our families’ history of farming in Jamaica, our training in nursing, education, sports management, mental health administration, health coaching, cosmetology, and massage therapy, and our experiences as budding herbalist, plant lovers, and organic vegetarian cooks to share information and remedies. These are tried and true methods that have been used by our families for centuries; we’ve shared them with
each other and now we’re sharing them with you.

We have sourced high quality hemp CBD isolate from a woman-owned local farm and natural herbs to
make products that can be used for medicinal and therapeutic purposes. Our team has tested and made small batches of SISTERS ROOTS AND HERBS products that can be
used everyday for preventative health practices, healing, pain management, stress, and ongoing
menopausal symptoms.

Ok had to share one of the meals from the raw challenge. No the beans are not raw!
Yes it was not easy, I learned
…it’s expensive to eat fresh and raw
… ready meals are hard to find
…time must be dedicated to shop, and prep
…there are traps everywhere…there were 2 wine tastings
….I feel great!

I took a Birthday stroll to go see that other Doctor. He told me I look much younger than my age and we had a chit chat about menopause. I love how all different cultures have little advice and funny stories. But still not on the forefront and talked about enough. Where are you from? Any advice passed down from the elders?
