We are excited to welcome Elijah Weikel to the Appalachian Wellness team!

Elijah is a Licensed Massage Therapist with ten years of experience and countless hours of training in massage, bodywork, and holistic health practices. The foundation of his clinical massage practice is built on trauma-informed care paired with evidence based modalities and treatments, all to better serve those who need it most. While even the most gentle massage is therapeutic, Elijah primarily focuses on addressing chronic pain symptoms, helping clients live happier lives with less pain.
Additionally, as a unique add-on treatment, he will be offers is 5NP (five needle protocol) auricular acupuncture! 5NP targets acupuncture points in the ears to encourage deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional detox. He also has training in cranial sacral and will be offering stand alone sessions.

He will start booking evenings and weekends starting today! If you have been waiting for these session hours, please give us a call and we can schedule you with this amazing therapist! These spots will book fast!
