As my healing practice continues to grow and evolve, I’ve made a slight adjustment to my service menu and pricing structure. This change reflects the time, energy, and intention I devote to each session and allows me to continue holding space in the most aligned way possible.

This new pricing will be effective August 1st.

If you’ve been with me from the beginning, I am deeply grateful for your continued trust and support. If you’re new here, I’m honored to welcome you into this space of healing and connection.

All sessions already scheduled prior to August 1st will be honored at their current pricing.

The Tiger I Didn’t Know I Needed

I got this tiger tattoo before my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia.

At the time, I simply loved what it represented—strength, courage, determination, and the fierce instinct to protect those you love.

What I didn’t know was that life was about to ask every ounce of those qualities from me.

The years that followed tested our family in ways I never could have imagined. There were moments of fear, uncertainty, heartbreak, and exhaustion. But there was also hope, resilience, faith, and an incredible strength that emerged when we needed it most.

Looking back now, I see this tattoo differently. It’s more than ink. It’s a reminder of the warrior spirit that carried us through one of the hardest chapters of our lives.

Not because we were fearless—but because we kept moving forward despite the fear.

Sometimes life places symbols on our path before we understand their meaning.

This tiger became a reminder that strength isn’t about never struggling. It’s about finding the courage to keep going when everything feels impossible.

And for that, I’ll always be grateful.
