The Yoga Lily Sacred Yoga for Real People. The Yoga Lily offers a welcoming, safe healing space for consciousness to emerge through the teachings of yoga.

We have a "come as you are" atmosphere featuring a comfortable and beautiful environment. Services include Yoga Classes, Thai Yoga Bodywork, a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, off-site Retreats, Assisted Yoga, Private Yoga Coaching, Yoga Classes for your Group, Corporate Events, Meditation Classes, Kirtan, Sacred Music, Dance & Free Movement Classes, Hooping Classes, Workshops, and a pond view. Our teachers are all certified instructors from reputable yoga schools, providing friendly, clear instruction to help you get strong, healthy, flexible, and experience deep relaxation. We have a comfortable, cozy, stress-free environment with natural lighting; and nurturing teachers, the right place for any newcomer or regular! We are conveniently located near Halfmoon, Malta, Rexford, Ballston Lake, Glenville, Waterford, Cohoes, Latham, Burnt Hills, Mechanicville, Niskayuna, and Albany in a quiet community away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Park. Off-street parking is available, and we accept Paypal in addition to major credit cards, cash, and checks.

New Dates, Please Take Note of 2 Changes!

We needed to reschedule 2 of our classes.
Here are the changes:

1) Monday Night: We will not meet on March 16th. Instead, the session will extend to May 11th. (We will still begin on March 9th)
2) Wednesday Night: We will not have class on March 11th. We will begin the session on March 18th. Instead, we will have a special Earth Day-themed class on April 22nd.
