As our full-time receptionist, Leah is often the first friendly face residents, families, and visitors see when they walk through our doors. Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and dedication to both residents and staff make her an invaluable part of the Blue Ridge team.

Fresh air, beautiful views, and wonderful company made for the perfect day at First Landing State Park! ☀️🌳

Birchwood Park Rehabilitation and Nursing residents enjoyed a relaxing picnic surrounded by nature, sharing laughs, making memories, and taking in the beauty of the outdoors. Outings like these are a great way to stay active, connected, and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

At Norview Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing, our residents and staff truly care for one another. 💙

To show their appreciation, our residents put together a hydration cart and made their way through the facility delivering refreshing drinks to staff members. This thoughtful act of kindness brought plenty of smiles and highlighted the strong sense of community that makes Norview Heights feel like home.

There’s nothing like a visit from a furry friend! ❤️

Our residents at Mountain Laurel Rehab & Nursing had a wonderful time spending the day with our amazing friend, Freedom the dog. From smiles and laughter to extra cuddles, Freedom brought so much joy and comfort to everyone she met.

You are not alone 💙 Our Memory Matters Support Group offers a welcoming space for connection, encouragement, and support for individuals experiencing memory loss and the caregivers who walk alongside them.

Join us every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1:00–2:30 PM as we rotate between Rehabilitation and Nursing and the Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging. Come share experiences, learn helpful resources, and build meaningful connections. Light refreshments will be provided.

Our next meeting will be held June 9th at the Shore Area Agency on Aging. We hope to see you there!
