Before I ever turn on the camera, I say the same thing to every new client:
"We are not here to find disease. We are here to read what your body is already telling us." 🤍
That sentence is the whole reason I stopped using the word "detection" years ago. Thermography imaging doesn't diagnose. It reads physiological signals. Heat patterns, circulation, areas of inflammation. Your body is constantly sending information, and infrared imaging gives us a way to listen.
So instead of disease detection, I call it Health Discovery.
The shift in language matters more than people expect. "Detection" puts you in the passenger seat, waiting to hear a verdict. "Discovery" puts you back in the driver's seat, learning what your body has been quietly communicating all along, often well inside the pre-symptom window.
When you leave a session with me, you're not walking out with a diagnosis. You're walking out with a clearer map of your own physiology and a real conversation about what to do next.
That's the work. Not finding something wrong with you. Helping you understand what's already right there to be read.
