Some of you are new here, so hey, I’m Toni.
I’m a personal trainer, nutrition coach, Pilates instructor, posing coach, NPC bikini competitor, wife, mom of two boys, and a woman who fully understands what it feels like to try to juggle work, family, goals, faith, hormones, stress, and still somehow make it to the gym.
My job is not to make fitness feel more complicated.
My job is to help women train smarter, eat in a way that supports their goals, build actual confidence, and stop living in the all-or-nothing cycle.
Around here, you’ll get science-backed education, real-life coaching, a little tough love, a lot of honesty, and reminders that you are allowed to want to feel strong, healthy, confident, and hot in your body.
I believe in lifting heavy, eating enough protein, building habits that hold up in real life, and learning how to keep promises to yourself.
I also believe that fitness should add to your life, not become another thing that makes you feel like you’re failing.
