Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Plans to Prosper Autism Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

As an RBT, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

🌱 What You’ll Do

* Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities
* Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
* Teach communication, social, daily living, and other meaningful skills
* Collect and record accurate data on client progress
* Support children in developing independence and confidence
* Build positive relationships with clients and their families
* Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment

💙 What We’re Looking For

* Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Passion for working with children and helping others
* Reliable, patient, compassionate, and dependable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow treatment plans and collect data accurately
* Previous experience working with children, autism, education, or behavioral services is a plus

Plans to Prosper Autism Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We are committed to providing compassionate, individualized ABA services that help children and families thrive.

📋 Position Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans
* Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data
* Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other team members
* Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other professionals
* Provide caregiver training and support
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet all required deadlines
* Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BCBA standards

* Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
* Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Today, we would like to recognize one of our OG RBTs, Lily Higginbotham! Lily has been with us from the beginning and has stuck by us for 2 years now. Although she is moving on to other experiences, she will forever be a part of the Plans to Prosper family! We wish her nothing but the best and pray for Gods guidance, protection, and provision as she moves in to a new chapter of her life. We love you Lily and will miss you!
