Today was a day of mixed emotions for us at the Center. We had a wonderful last day with our clients but it is also sad to see this chapter come to an end.

We are so very thankful to each family for entrusting the care of their loved ones to us, and it has been such a joy to share each day with these sweet folks!

We also want to thank all of our wonderful volunteers and community partners that faithfully took time out of their busy schedules to show love to our clients and made our time here a success.

It has been an honor to spend time with each and every one of our clients, past and present, and we love you all dearly!

Please continue to be in prayer for these families and for us to secure the staffing needed to reopen our doors in the future.

Ok Facebook Followers, we desperately need your help!

If you haven't heard the news, Friday August 28th will be the last day our doors open to clients😭

While we are hoping this closure will be temporary, we are in need of Registered Nurses in order to operate and serve our sweet clients. If you or someone you know is a Registered Nurse and are interested in part time work in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, please reach out to us!

As many of you are aware, our day program has been a significant resource for those we serve, providing social interaction, health and emotional support, and has helped bridge the gap for many families who need a safe space for their loved ones while they work, keeping these seniors at home instead of in a facility.

For the staff at Sampson County Adult Day Health Care Center, serving our senior community has been an absolute joy and passion. We love these folks more than words can describe and do not want to see our time together come to an end!
