🍂 THE SEASON OF REMEMBRANCE

Autumn Equinox(Today) — November 3

With the turning of the Autumn Equinox, we enter what I call the Season of Remembrance.

The light begins to soften.
The days grow shorter.
The earth turns inward, and we are invited to do the same.

Across cultures and spiritual traditions, this season holds sacred days devoted to honoring those who came before us — including Scottish Samhuinn, Irish Samhain, Día de los Mu***os, and other ancestral observances throughout the world.

Though their histories and traditions are beautifully distinct, they share a thread that has always spoken deeply to me:

Remember the dead. Honor the ancestors. Keep their stories alive.

For those who walk a spiritual path, this is also traditionally considered a time when the veil between worlds grows thinner — when dreams may feel clearer, memories rise unexpectedly, ancestral presence feels closer, and communication with Spirit may come more easily.

This is not a season to fear death.
It is a season to remember that love does not simply disappear because someone has crossed from this life.

Light the candle.
Set out the photograph.
Cook the family recipe.
Tell their stories.
Speak their names.
Listen.

And perhaps there is someone you have been longing to reach.
Are there words that were never spoken?
Questions that were never answered?
Wounds that still need tending?
A goodbye that never truly felt complete?

During the Season of Remembrance, I open additional space for mediumship readings, ancestral guidance, and spiritual support for those seeking connection, understanding, healing, or closure.

A reading cannot change the past, but sometimes being given space to reflect, remember, receive, and speak what has remained in the heart can help begin to bridge the distance that time and loss have created.

My role is to hold that space with compassion and respect — offering what comes through while helping you explore the messages, memories, and emotions that may arise.

From the Autumn Equinox through November 3, I will also be sharing reflections on ancestors, loved ones in Spirit, sacred traditions, mediumship, remembrance, and the many ways we continue to carry those we have loved.

🌕🔥 FULL MOON IN ARIES — ME. WE. FIRE. BALANCE. 🔥🌕

This is not quiet energy.

We are moving through Libra season — the energy of “WE” — while the Full Moon ignites Aries — the energy of “ME.”

And all of it is unfolding within the Fire Horse year, adding another layer of momentum, independence, passion, personal drive and the urge to MOVE.

🍂✨ Blessed Mabon & Autumn Equinox ✨🍂

It is the sunrise of my favorite season. When nature reminds us how beautiful it is to change and release!

Today we stand at the threshold of balance—light and dark meeting as equals before the wheel turns toward the quieter half of the year.

Mabon is a time to pause and notice the harvest already gathered: the lessons learned, the things we survived, the blessings that quietly took root, and the pieces of ourselves we are ready to carry forward.

Give thanks for what has nourished you.
Release what has finished its season.
Make room for what comes next.
