This Thursday, a critical hearing will be held on the issue of redefining h**p at the federal level. The proposed language will ban the majority of safe, legal h**p-derived products sold nationwide, including non-intoxicating C*D. This attack on our industry and the products Americans depend on is moving quickly, and we need you to reach out to your Senator and ask them to vote against the language to redefine h**p.

The Illinois Department of Agriculture proposed amendments to Illinois’ h**p program rules have several problematic provisions.
