✨ We’ve streamlined our massage menu! Over this past year we’ve noticed a trend: Confusion over which massage to book (Swedish General Relaxation vrs Therapeutic ???). This trend has been such a reoccurring theme during pre-session intake consultations that we’ve decided to simply merge them both into one all-inclusive service listing: Therapeutic Integrated Massage

What this means for you:

• Zero Confusion: No more guesswork between "relaxation" or "therapeutic" when booking online. Simply select your session length and book your appointment and we will discuss your preferences, goals and needs when you arrive.

• All-Inclusive Care: You are in control. Whether you just want to destress with a relaxing full body massage, prefer gentle pressure over deep tissue, or wish to have more targeted/focused work done on problem areas only (or possibly want a mix of it all), each session will be fully tailored to just you and also includes (if desired) a blend of various techniques and modalities from our skillset {such as neuromuscular, remedial, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Cupping, Gua Sha, cryotherapy (ice), heat and/or Hot Stones/Synergy Stones (on targeted areas only), lymphatic, and stretching} during your session, at no additional cost.

• HSA/FSA Eligible: We accept HSA and FSA payments. Because plan rules vary, please check with your provider for details about your coverage.
