Being new to the “boss” role has come with a lot of learning moments for me lately.

Between Nurses Week, Admin Week, Phlebotomy Week, and Healthcare Week… time honestly got away from me a little. But one thing I never want to overlook is how incredibly thankful I am for the two amazing girls standing beside me every single day.

They have been absolute rockstars — patient, kind, hardworking, dependable, and always willing to jump in wherever needed. Opening a new clinic is exciting, but there are definitely moments that feel overwhelming, and I truly could not do this without them.

So even if my appreciation gift was a little late, I hope they know how deeply appreciated they are. Matching shoes for my girls because they deserve to be celebrated.

I don’t even know where to begin… the amount of support, encouragement, and patience we have received from this community has truly been overwhelming in the best way. 🤍

Opening a new clinic has been such a rewarding experience, but also one that comes with a lot of learning, growth, and adjusting behind the scenes. We are navigating new roles, new systems, and a rapidly growing patient base—all at the same time—and we are so incredibly grateful that you’ve chosen to grow with us.
