In this video, Alyssa Krammer, our Pediatrics Behavioral Health Specialist, shares key signs to watch for and resources available to help.

As parents and caregivers, it’s important to recognize warning signs that a child or teen may be struggling:
• Significant changes in mood or behavior
• Withdrawing from friends or family
• Expressing feelings of hopelessness
• Talking about death, su***de, or self-harm

You are not alone. Our Pediatric Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals, is here to support children, teens, and families when they need it most.
