Teddy has officially taken on the role of co-instructor today, sitting right alongside Natalie while she leads the studio through class. He is making sure everyone stays on beat and keeps their form on point.

While Natalie handles the cueing and alignment, Teddy provides the steady, grounding presence that makes a tough session feel a little more manageable. It is hard to focus on the burn when you have such a calm co-pilot cheering you on from the front of the room!

Ozzy and Teddy have officially reached peak team effort, completely surrounding one of our clients during her Reformer session. With Teddy holding down the floor underneath and Ozzy resting his paw right on her shoulder for proper form guidance! This might be the most supported movement session in studio history.

Working hard on your strength and stability is always better when you are surrounded by a community that has your back, even if that support comes in the form of extra paws and double the canine cheerleaders!

Teddy has scored the ultimate spot in class today, though he seems more interested in getting a belly rub than hitting his reformer goals. He is completely unfazed by the workout happening around him, proving that he is truly the master of finding calm in a busy room.

Ozzy has given his official seal of approval today, complete with a little extra lap time and a very enthusiastic thumb lick. He is always finding new ways to make sure our community feels welcomed, loved, and fully supported throughout their studio visit.

While our human team handles the workout programming, Ozzy takes full responsibility for post-class morale. A quick session on the Reformer is great, but getting a stamp of approval from the studio pup makes the whole experience complete!
