You already have the intuition… you’re just not hearing it.

I used to always be searching for what everyone else thought I should do. I didn’t trust my own intuition for the longest time.

I would ignore the signals my body was telling me- then get on that hamster wheel overthinking spiral, basically talking myself out of what my intuition was telling me.

When you start listening- everything changes for the better. You feel aligned and confident in your decisions. You put up better energetic boundaries.

This is just the start.

Your body is part of the conversation, too—and it’s an aspect of intuitive development that often gets overlooked.

Your chakras, or energy centers in the body, are part of how you process and experience energy. (It’s what the magic of reiki balances.)

When your mind is too busy to hear what’s going on, your body often becomes the next telltale.

That gut feeling.
The sudden exhaustion.
A heightened nervous system.
That feeling in your chest or a heaviness you can’t quite explain.

Your body is trying to tell you something.

But here’s the part people often miss:

Not every feeling is intuition.

Sometimes it’s fear.
Sometimes it’s someone else’s energy.
Sometimes it’s an old pattern asking to be noticed.

That’s why intuitive development isn’t just about becoming more “psychic.”

It’s about learning to feel, regulate, discern, and trust your body and mind. To be aware about what you’re taking into your energy field- and how to tell what is yours and what isn’t.

This is a topic I’ll be covering in my virtual three week intensive class in October.

I found reiki in 2019 out of pure curiosity. I knew I needed to shift “something” but I really didn’t know what it was.

I knew I had an extreme amount of grief from multiple losses and I had just gotten out of a terrible marriage. I was basically at my lowest point ever.

I saw this girl (whom is legit my soul sister) advertising for distance reiki- not knowing what it was I booked a session with her. I knew afterwards I felt energetically lighter, and a lot clearer in my mind, and that I wanted to do it again. Plus- My grandmother whom has just passed came through to her with details only we shared.

It was the start of strengthening my connection to the spirit realm, but I had no clue it would evolve into the abilities I have today.

In that time, I started to teach myself how to read tarot- it all just seemed to connect for me. Plus, I truly LOVED it.

I decided to slowly work and get myself reiki attuned- now I have worked all the way up to Usui Holy Fire Attunement all under the supervision of that amazing girl I met- whom now is a business mentor, coach and amazing friend. (Shanna from Black Pine Wellness)

I remember after I became attuned she shared with me that I was a medium and I didn’t know it. It was a special gift my spiritual team wanted me to have.

She suggested I should share my gifts with others because I had “big” work to do.

I was legit so NERVOUS. I was terrified to share this aspect of myself. I did it anyway.

I’ve done the shadow work and it dosent stop. I firmly believe a practitioner needs to do thier own inner work before they can help others. They need to lead by example.

I’m unrecognizable from the person I was in 2019 and reiki, tarot, spirituality, and learning about my own psychic abilities helped get me there.

Now I’m helping others light their own flame. That is the most rewarding of all. 🖤

It’s all in your question…AND your reader.

In the photos I shared some tips to help prepare for your next reading- but I also wanted to share how your tarot reader should be assisting you.

If your tarot reader knows what they are doing, they should be guiding you to make sure you are asking the right questions. It should be more than past, present, future. 😑

Depending on your question- the cards don’t always match up with exactly is in the “book.” They should have intuitive knowledge about the meaning of that card and how it applies to your unique question.

If they have their nose pressed in that little guidebook frantically searching for tarot card meanings- they are missing out on a ton of info to help you with your question, and to go deeper as the reading evolves. They are NOT intuitively reading the message.

(If I pulled up to someone for a reading and they had to look up every single card- I would walk away.)

In my opinion it should only be used if there is a key element or sentence the author intended to get across-which is more of an oracle deck, which is not structured like tarot. (At the end of readings, I let my clients take a photo of their cards and the passages from every book- I find that people are usually overwhelmed with info from the reading and it’s a nice way for them to look back later and use it as reflection)

The cards are my favorite tool!

I love to blend into my reiki sessions and with intuitive coaching sessions. I’m also super excited to blend them into my 3 week intensive class coming in October.

I am beyond grateful I get to do this work. 🖤

Honestly, reiki has lit me up since day 1, and I’m SO glad I decided to work in this space professionally.

Reiki has helped me process grief, trauma, old patterns that were blocking me, and get my nervous system under control.

I prefer to be a practitioner that leads by example- I have gone through the thickest of the thick- and now I can give back and help other spiritual coming into their abilities, ready for clarity and to fully step into their power.

Reiki is the foundation of what I offer- and allows me to add my own unique twist to intuitive/psychic clarity sessions, tarot readings and helping to remove that stagnant energy that has been looming.

The cards are not holding back.

Even the “gentlest” deck I own has been relentless.

Themes have been: falling back into old patterns, getting stuck in your head, holding yourself back and getting trapped in your own shadows that keep you stuck.

They are really making you look at the stories you tell yourself. Sometimes it’s what others have told you- their own projections & insecurities that have zero basis in reality.

Or, it’s something you made up somewhere along the way. A story that robs of you your joy that you keep telling yourself.

At any rate- I won’t sugar coat my readings to keep you comfortable. If you’re looking for someone to read you a bunch of fluff from a book and change card meanings- I’m not your person.

This is how the people I work with see results. They integrate the tough love and do the work. They shift the energy, so their next reading isn’t repeating the same thing.

Until you integrate it- the energy does not shift.
