We are very excited to welcome Megan Scarborough, FNP to the Envision Pain Management team at our Clyde location! She'll also be seeing telehealth patients from Boone and Franklin.

Megan graduated from Eastern Carolina University in 2010 and has specialized in pain management since that time. With over a decade of experience, Megan is well versed in providing the most up-to-date procedural and medical options to improve the lives and health of pain patients and their families.

We are pleased to announce that Melissa Lewin PA, will be joining our team at our Boone location!!

Melissa is excited to partner with Envision Pain Management to provide compassionate care for our patient community, and to support our patients through their partnership with our providers.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Christopher Newport University, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She is a part of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants, and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors, including rock climbing, trail running, hiking, and biking.

Melissa believes in building relationships with her patients in order to best support their needs, so that they can feel confident in their care. She is proud to be a part of Envision Pain Management, and is grateful to serve this community.
