Kunzea is one of our favorite oils & it’s one we all need especially this time of year!!!

Kunzea for ticks:

Have you ever come home with a tick imbedded in you or someone in your family?🤷‍♀️I’m making up this recipe (after learning how great it’s been for a crossline friend) in repelling ticks for her last summer on her family & pets!

•I tripled the recipe, because you need to shake it before use to incorporate the oil & cleaner together before you spray & I need the space.

•You will need to rub the mixture in after spraying.

•Kunzea is known as the “tick bush” in Australia, because it helps keeps ticks away!

•I’m going to use Eucalyptus Radiatia for the Eucalyptus oil -sharing this because I know someone’s going to ask which one to use!

My favorite routine for supporting smooth, toned looking skin ✨

Step 1: Dry brush
Step 2: Shower
Step 3: Massage this DIY body oil onto skin

This blend supports the appearance of:
• smooth looking skin
• skin toning
• lymphatic system support
• detox support

DIY Grapfruit Glow Body Oil Recipe:
20 drops Grapefruit
20 drops Citrus Fresh
15 drops Cypress
10 drops Ledum
Top with V-6 in a 2 oz dropper bottle

I love using this on thighs, hips, stomach, and arms after showering while skin is still slightly damp.

👉🏼 Pro tip: Grapefruit oil is known to dissolve fat!

The combination of dry brushing + warm shower + massage really helps encourage lymphatic flow and leaves skin glowing ✨

This recipe is so fun + easy to make. This is a great way to use your Rose oil or give as a gift. 💝

🌹 DIY Rose Essential Oil Roll-On 🌹

(Either or repurpose a roller bottle you have, or find cute ones on Amazon or Etsy.)

In a 10 mL roller bottle add:

• 5-7 drops Young Living Rose Essential Oil

• Fill with Young Living V-6 or your favorite carrier oil

• Optional add dried rose petals

• Shake to mix

🌹 To use:

Roll on wrists, neck, behind ears &/or over your heart chakra. ♥️ Use for special occasions, date night or daily to raise your vibration and smell like a million bucks! 💃🏼
