Is it better to study in a blizzard or a heatwave? 📚

I recently went on a trip to document university life in Nova Scotia and Miami, and I was shocked by the differences. From running for the bus in the snow to the unique architecture of campus life, this is the ultimate comparison of my experience in both.

Whether you’re a Junior just starting the engine or a Senior in the final stretch, your testing window is still OPEN!

✨ Juniors (Class of 2027): Now is the prime time to lock in those scores for university admissions. With more schools returning to "test-required" status, a solid score is your best tool to stand out in a competitive pool.

✨ Seniors (Class of 2026): It is NOT too late! Did you know you can continue testing through the end of your senior year (up to the August 31st deadline!) to qualify for the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship? Don't leave thousands of dollars on the table just because of a few points.

We think we're being 'helpful,' but in reality, we're often just exhaused.

Whether it's a high school senior relying on Mom to hit 'submit' or a partner who expects you to manage their emotional chaos, over-functioning creates a cycle of dependency. You get the burnout; they get the stagnation.

Today, I'm practicing 'The PAUSE.' Before you jump in to fix a problem that isn't yours, count to ten. Let the other person navigate the friction. That's where the growth happens.
