Last night I finally got to go to a Space Coast Dinner Club dinner! 🍽

The idea of meeting up with strangers and eating a meal might be nerve-wracking for some, but I truly enjoyed meeting new people, getting out of my comfort zone and sharing stories while connecting with others over a meal.

10/10 recommend and I will be doing this again! Their next round of dinners will be happening on Thursday, August 27th at 6:30pm. Check out their page for more details!

Had a great time on our Disney Cruise 🛳 Our second sailing on the Disney Wish!🌟🌠

We had beautiful weather and got to dine at Palo for dinner on our first night.🍽

Beautiful 2.5 mile walk along the river this morning followed by a stop at French Delights Bakery to get some tasty treats! I love how there are always new things for me to try.

Had a great time on my visit to Wisconsin. One of the highlights was visiting the Milwaukee Art Museum Here are just a few of the pieces that I enjoyed.

More intentional and more aligned. I'm taking a closer look at what I put in my body - choosing supplements with purpose instead of just habit. As a woman over 40, whole health matters more than ever! Strength, hormones, sleep, mental well-being...it's all connected.

This season is about being mindful, supporting my body and showing up for myself in a deeper way.

My supplements and routines have changed over the past few years and this year I've made changes and shifts that support me better. I can FEEL the difference!

This one has been on my list for months and we finally got to check it out! They have a seasonal menu and print their menus daily. Dishes are shareable so you can try a variety of plates. Our server mentioned brunch has started back up again so we'll have to check that out.
