One of the hardest parts of living with chronic pain is that, after a while, you begin to believe this is just how life is going to be.

You stop hiking.

You stop traveling.

You stop saying yes.

Little by little, life gets smaller.

Then something shifts.

Carol shared this with me recently, and I was deeply honored.

"13 years ago I enjoyed a fairly pain-free life. I ran a business, walked, saw friends, and traveled. Then I began experiencing hip, leg, and knee pain. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, disc compression, and severe osteoarthritis.

After years of doctors, physical therapy, medications, pain patches, and discussions about surgery, I met Amber and started Yoga Therapy.

I was skeptical, but after about five sessions I felt the difference. Practicing with Amber 2–3 times a week, my pain is gone, and I've saved several thousand dollars because I'm no longer paying for doctors, PT, medications, acupuncture, and so many other things I tried.

I knew the chronic pain was slowing down my life, but I didn't realize it had also changed my outlook on life. Amber helped me physically, but she also helped me find my positive outlook again.

Amber gives you her total focus and years of experience—more than I experienced with any doctor or physical therapist."

❤️ Thank you, Carol, for trusting me and for allowing me to share your story.

Pain doesn't just affect our bodies. It changes our confidence, our relationships, our priorities, and sometimes even who we believe we are.

That's why my work has never been just about stretching or exercise.

It's about helping women feel strong enough, comfortable enough, and confident enough to get back to living the lives they want.

If you're tired of trying to piece together solutions on your own—or you're ready to build a foundation that supports your body, your nervous system, and the life you want to create—I'd love to invite you to my 6-Week Foundations Program.

Together, we'll build sustainable habits that reduce pain, improve movement, calm the nervous system, and help you create a life that truly feels good to live.

✨ If Carol's story resonates with you, let's talk. I offer a free consultation where we can discuss what's been going on, what you've already tried, and whether my 6-Week Foundations Package is the right fit.

Have you ever felt like you know what you should be doing to feel better... but life keeps getting in the way?

You're not alone.

Most of us don't need more information—we need consistent support, a clear plan, and someone to walk alongside us as we create meaningful change.

That's why I created the 6-Week Foundations Package.

Over six weeks, we'll work together to:

✨ Clarify what matters most to you.
✨ Reduce stress and physical discomfort.
✨ Build habits that actually fit your life.
✨ Create a personalized roadmap for lasting well-being.

You'll also receive full access to the CAYA community, including on-demand yoga therapy and meditation practices, weekly group sessions, and a supportive community that believes healing happens best when we don't do it alone.

If you're ready to stop simply getting through the day and start creating a life that feels good to live, I'd love to support you.

I have so much compassion for the women who reach out for help…

and are too tired to actually take it.

Not because they don’t want to feel better—
but because they don’t even know where to start.

When you’ve been pushing for so long,
even receiving support can feel overwhelming.

But staying where you are?

That’s costing you more than you think.

If you’re feeling this, I see you.

✨ Message me “READY” if you want support

I’m looking to support one woman in her 30s
who is ready to gently process grief
and begin to feel like herself again.

Not rushed. Not forced.

Just steady, supported movement forward.

Grief can be quiet…

You’re still functioning, still showing up—
but something feels stuck, heavy, or hard to move through.

If you’ve been feeling that,
and you’re ready to take small, meaningful steps back toward your life…

This might be the kind of support that helps.

It’s simple, consistent work—about 15 minutes a day—
with guidance and space to actually process what’s been sitting underneath.

If this feels like it might be for you (even if you’re not totally sure),
send me a DM and we can talk.

Or feel free to comment “curious” and I’ll reach out to you.

Yesterday, I had a really powerful conversation… and incredibly important. I am so passionate about the subject and I wanted to share this simple tool with you.

It’s called Five Wishes.

It’s a guided workbook that helps you think through — and clearly communicate — what matters to you if you were ever unable to speak for yourself.

Not just medical decisions…

but comfort, support, and what you would want the people around you to know.

What I appreciated most is that it’s not just clinical.

It helps you reflect on:
• who you trust to make decisions for you
• what kind of care you would want (or not want)
• how you want to be treated, supported, and comforted
• what matters most to you at the end of life

It’s also a legal document in most states once completed properly, which means it can actually guide care in real situations.

Most people don’t have these conversations.

Not because they don’t care… but because they don’t know where to start.

This is a really gentle, thoughtful place to begin. You can get a copy at fivewishes.org

Especially with National Healthcare Decisions Day coming up on April 16th, it feels like a meaningful time to explore it.

If this is something you’ve been putting off (or never even thought about), I’d encourage you to take a look.

Not from a place of fear —

but from a place of clarity and care for yourself and the people who love you.

And I’m curious…

Have you ever had conversations like this with your family?

Magnesium is one of those things I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it consistently.
For me it looks like:
✨ better sleep
✨ faster recovery
✨ steadier energy
Sometimes the simplest supports make the biggest difference.
Here is a breaking down of the different types of magnesium and what they’re used for, because I realized most people have heard of it… but don’t actually know which one does what.
If you’re curious, take a look and see which one might support you.
And I’d love to know —
Do you use magnesium? What have you noticed?

You’ve probably heard that I am thinking about starting two new support groups and I’d love your input.

For years, I was a caregiver and much of that journey was unsupported, not because I didn’t try, but because the kind of support I truly needed simply didn’t exist.

I searched for mentors who had actually lived what I was living.

People who understood the emotional weight, the logistical strain, the grief, the love, the responsibility and the invisible toll.

But most of the guidance I found came from people who hadn’t been there.
Now, I’m in a different position.

I have lived experience, professional training, and a deep desire to offer the kind of grounded, compassionate, real-world support I once needed.

I’m exploring two new small groups:

🌿 A Support Circle for Caregivers
🎗️ A Support Circle for Women (30–50) Navigating Cancer Treatment

These groups would offer:

• emotional support
• nervous system regulation tools
• space to be honest without needing to “stay strong”
• practical wisdom from someone who’s walked a similar road
• and community that feels real, not performative

If this is something you’d be interested in, or if you’re craving this kind of support, I’d love to talk.

I’m offering free 30-minute consult calls to:

• gauge interest
• shape the groups intentionally
• and make sure they truly serve the people who need them most

Message me, and I’ll send you the link.

You don’t have to carry this alone — and you shouldn’t have to.

I’m exploring a support group for women (30–50) going through cancer treatment and I want to build it with care.
Cancer can feel isolating — especially when you’re in the middle of life, relationships, career, caregiving, and identity shifts.
I want to create a space that offers:
• emotional safety
• nervous system and stress support
• body-based healing tools
• honest conversation
• and community with women who get it
This wouldn’t be about forced positivity or “staying strong.”
It would be about being real, being supported, and not doing this alone.
If you’re interested — or supporting someone who might be — I’m offering a free 30-minute consult call to explore what would feel most helpful.
Comment or message me, and I’ll send details.
You deserve care, gentleness, and community — not pressure.

Most women I work with don’t need more discipline, better planners, or bigger goals.
They need alignment.
They’re already capable, caring, and committed — but they’ve been spending their time and energy in ways that no longer reflect who they are or what they value.
Starting Tuesday, February 17th
A reset.
A chance to step out of reaction mode and into intentional choice.
This workshop is for women who want:
• clarity without pressure
• vision without overwhelm
• structure without rigidity
• community without comparison
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just need space to listen — to yourself.
If you’ve been craving that kind of space, The Alignment Series was designed for you. 8 consecutive Tuesdays of powerful practice to bring you closer to your ideal life.
