I’m offering just a few limited spots for The Renewed Mother Experience — a beautiful 90-minute in-home session designed to help mom (or you) feel calm, cared for, and fully present. Offered in the CDA, Hayden and Post Falls areas.

Through gentle touch and guided meditation, we release tension held in the face, jaw, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands, gently guiding the nervous system back into deep calm and healing. The session ends with a simple food tray, warm tea, and soothing hot towels while resting with peaceful music.

This Mother’s Day, offer her something deeper than flowers or brunch — a quiet space to truly exhale.

I’m opening a couple of limited special spots for The Renewed Mother Experience — a beautiful 90-minute in-home session.

Through gentle touch and guided meditation inspired by Sparsha Yoga (touch awareness), we focus on releasing deep tension in the hands, arms, neck, face, and scalp, gently guiding the nervous system into deep calm and healing.

The session closes with a simple food tray, warm tea, and soothing hot towels on the legs and feet while she rests with peaceful music.

It’s a nurturing pause created just for her — or for you.

🤍 The masseter muscle is one of the strongest in the body, and many people keep it slightly clenched all day.

Over time, that tension can travel into the neck, affect the breath, and keep the body in a subtle state of holding.

When that area begins to soften, the whole system can start to settle in a different way.

🤍 Weekends can be a chance to slow down, but for a lot of us, the body doesn’t automatically follow.

You might finally have a quiet moment, but your mind is still busy, your jaw is still tight, and your body doesn’t fully settle. That’s often just your nervous system still holding onto the pace of the week.

Sometimes what helps isn’t doing more, but giving your body a space to actually soften and release what it’s been carrying.

🤍 If you’ve ever been told to “just relax”, but your body won’t actually let you, there’s usually a reason.

When your nervous system is on high alert, your body stays in a subtle state of tension, especially in the face and scalp.

These areas are closely connected to the brain, and when they’re tight, it can signal that you’re not fully safe yet.
But when the face and scalp begin to soften, something shifts.The body starts to follow.

This is a big part of what I focus on in my in-home 1:1 Facial and Scalp Reset sessions, gently releasing tension in these areas so the whole system can settle and finally exhale.

If you’ve been holding stress in your body, noticing tightness in your jaw or face, or just feeling like your nervous system hasn’t had a chance to fully settle… this is for you.

I’ve just completed my first round of sessions, and I’m so grateful for the women who trusted me and experienced this work—it’s been really special to see how deeply it helps the body soften and reset 🩵

I’m now opening a limited number of founding sessions at a special rate of $75.
These are in-home, one-on-one sessions designed to help you slow down, release tension, and come back to a more grounded, relaxed state.
