Do you own a Tylö, Helo, or Finnleo sauna? Please read this important safety update.

Tylö has expanded the existing recall to include a new bench remedy in Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas sold since product launch in September 2024.

Sauna360 has also decided to issue a voluntary recall of certain infrared and hybrid sauna products across the Tylö, Helo,and Finnleo brands to address a potential fire hazard.

If you own an affected product, please stop using your sauna immediately and contact us to schedule a free in-home repair from a professional installer. We apologize for the inconvenience as we work to address this matter.

Your safety is our top priority, and we apologize for the inconvenience as we work to address this important safety matter.

The existing recall involving benches in Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas is being expanded to include a new remedy for all units sold since product launch in September 2024.
