Instead, let's focus on flexibility by using "mix and match" prepping instead of full meal prepping...
Instead of cooking full meals, you just prep individual building blocks of a meal that you can mix and match depending on what you’re actually in the mood for that day. ..
How to mix and match meal prep:
1. Cook two versatile proteins - think seasoned ground turkey, grilled chicken, or a batch of lentils.
2. Prep two complex carbs - roast a tray of sweet potatoes, make a pot of quinoa, or steam some rice.
3. Wash and chop your veggies ahead of time - we often hear the biggest barrier to eating veggies is usually the chopping.
