My afternoons and evenings this week consist of my kids’ baseball games, baseball practice, appointments at Children’s Mercy, music lessons, and band practice 🤪
I won’t be able to schedule any classes in the afternoons or evenings this week 🫠
So far…next week doesn’t look as chaotic 🤞🏼

I attended a Thai Energy training yesterday at the most beautiful place with my most beautiful friend 💛
A million years ago when I attended massage school, I loved the Thai training I took- so it was exciting to dive into it again! Aaaaand it was nice to receive bodywork off and on all day 🤪
Looking forward to integrating this into some sessions 🙌🏼

A reminder that while my studio schedule isn’t generally packed- I’m able to work with you to accommodate your schedule 💛
I had a lovely mother daughter duo in the studio yesterday at a time that worked for them and me ✨
Message me if you’re not able to come to scheduled classes and let’s see what we can work out 🫶🏼
It could be a yoga class, meditation, restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, sound bath, yoga hike, paddle board yoga- all kinds of options 🤩

It’s supposed to be sunny tomorrow! Hopefully it’s not too muddy 😬 get signed up for some fun!!!

Morning Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️ come sit in the studio while I guide a meditation to get the day started!
All Levels 🧘🏻‍♀️ come to the studio and enjoy moving, breathing, and connecting!
Paddle Board Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ come to the pond behind the studio and play on a paddle board while the sun sets!
Yin Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ come to the studio and hold poses to give those deep connective tissues some love!

🍓 Healthy lunch & snacks provided
🤗 Open to all ages (must use the bathroom independently and be able to swim) *message me if your child has disabilities and we can talk
☀️ Lots of time in nature
🙏🏼 Please do not sign your child up for camp as a babysitter. Sit down and talk with your child. I want kids who are interested and open to what this camp provides!
