Good afternoon followers! It’s April 1st and I want to challenge all of you to become the best version of yourself this month.

First challenge we are going to do is get our 10,000 steps in a day.

Second challenge is 30 minutes of reading a day.

Third challenge is to spend at least 30-45 minutes outside with your kids each day. (If you don’t have kids, find something you love to do)

Post your steps and tag my page in it. Let’s keep each other accountable!
