A gentle evening to Rest, Reset & Realign🤍

Join me at The Garden Wellness Studio next Tuesday, June 23rd from 6:30–8:00 PM for a peaceful evening created to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance within. 🌿

We will begin our time together with a soft guided meditation, allowing the body to settle, the mind to quiet, and your energy to gently open before being immersed in the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. ✨

Allow the frequencies of sound to wash over you as you release the heaviness of the day, invite in stillness, and create space for clarity, grounding, and renewal. To close our evening together, each attendee will receive a personal 1-card oracle pull ~ a small intuitive message for reflection, guidance, and connection. 🌙

ᗰᗩGIᑕᗩᒪ✨It’s the only way to describe Path Yoga Therapy studio in Schwenksville!

If you look through the pictures, you won’t see anyone. When I arrived at noon time yesterday for the Retreat, the attendees had already had a yoga session, created water color paintings and had a nourishing & refreshing lunch. Then break time- which was out in nature, reading on hammocks, going for a nature walk or simply relaxing in the very inviting pool, all while being completely surrounded by nature. 🌱

As I walked around, I felt like the grounds were giving me the biggest hug 🤗

Then they ended with a beautiful sound bath by yours truly, while Meg from Chasing Zen Massage Therapy gave mini massages 💞 It was just simply The Perfect Day !!!

Thank you Meg for including me in your mini Summer Retreat. ☀️🌿✨ I cannot wait to join you again in the future!!
