✨ REIKI LEVEL I & LEVEL II CERTIFICATION CLASSES ARE COMING ✨
I’m so excited to officially open registration for my upcoming Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II Certification Classes at The Garden Wellness Studio. 🌿🤍
If you’ve ever felt drawn to energy work, wanted to deepen your spiritual practice, or simply felt there was something more you were meant to explore within yourself… Reiki may be the beginning of that journey. 🦋
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that can become a beautiful tool for both personal growth and supporting others. Learning Reiki can help you cultivate greater awareness, mindfulness, energetic balance, relaxation, and connection to yourself. It can become part of your everyday life, a practice you return to whenever you need grounding, peace, or a moment to reconnect.
And you don’t need to have any previous experience with energy work to begin. ✨
🌿 REIKI LEVEL I ~ September 20th
Level I is where your Reiki journey begins. You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, its history and lineage, how to work with Reiki energy, self-Reiki, energy clearing practices, hand positions, meditation, and how to incorporate Reiki into your own daily life.
🌿 REIKI LEVEL II ~ October 18th
Level II takes your practice deeper, introducing additional techniques and the sacred Reiki symbols while expanding your ability to work with Reiki energy and share it with others.
🤍Each class is designed to be educational, meaningful, hands-on, and deeply intentional.
And because I believe your learning shouldn’t end when you leave the classroom, I have put a great deal of thought, care, and detail into creating beautiful, comprehensive student manuals for each level -resources you can keep, revisit, and continue learning from throughout your Reiki journey. 📖🤍
My intention is not simply to teach you Reiki for one day. It is to give you a foundation you can carry with you for years to come. Whether you are drawn to Reiki for your own personal practice, want to deepen your connection to energy work, or feel called to eventually share Reiki with others, I would love to welcome you into this beautiful journey. 🌿
