We’re now 4 months into Amelia’s Toothpillow | Your Virtual Airway Dentists journey, and I wanted to share an update on her progress!
We started the program because I was concerned about Amelia’s snoring, restless sleep, mouth breathing, nasal-sounding speech, gummy smile, and visibly deep bite.
Today, her symptoms are all improving, and we’re seeing encouraging changes in her dental and oral development 👏
What I’ve loved most is how SIMPLE the process has been.
As a busy mom and pediatric nurse practitioner, I knew several of Amelia’s symptoms might be connected, but I didn’t want to spend months trying to coordinate multiple appointments and piece everything together myself. 😵💫
Toothpillow combines an oral appliance, myofunctional exercises, progress tracking, and expert support into one streamlined program. Everything is guided through the app, making it incredibly easy to stay consistent.
No driving across town.
No juggling multiple providers.
No wondering what to do next.
Looking back, I wish I had known sooner that Amelia’s breathing, sleep, speech, and dental development concerns might all be connected. The earlier we recognize these patterns, the more opportunities we have to support healthy growth and development.
