I have been on my own personal health and fitness journey for the last 15 years. I joined a Crossfit gym in July 2012 and I have never looked back. It introduced me to a new kind of exercise that has completely changed my everyday lifestyle. I became physically and mentally stronger, gained self confidence, and learned how to do things I never thought possible in and outside of the gym. I want to
share my experience and knowledge with everyone I can. No matter where you are now, physically and mentally, you should never be afraid to be a beginner. Do not put your health off "until tomorrow" because it will never happen. Take the dive and invest in YOU. Just like so many things in our lives, we choose what takes priority and usually we, ourselves, suffer due to those choices. Everyone has one hour at least 2 to 3 times a week, that they can invest in their own health. I am here to guide and encourage you through your own journey. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself.
