From a lazy cardio bunny to a circuit training queen, 16 years of strength training did a body good!!! 💪🔥❤️

In the best shape of my life as a 36 year old business owner and mom of 2, then I ever was as a carefree college kid at 20. It’s complete bullsh*t that pregnancy will ruin your body. It’s complete bullsh*t that you’ll never look and feel as good as your 20 year old self. And it’s complete bullsh*t that lifting heavy will make you look “bulky”. I have learned and grown so much over the years as a trainer, nutrition coach, mentor, wife, daughter and mother and am so grateful for the pool of knowledge I have educated myself with in order to be here today healthy, strong and fit as f ! 🙌 Transform your body and get stronger at any point in time and at any age. Knowledge is truly power 👏

Isn’t it everyone’s goal to defy the aging process?? When you honor your body, it truly does get better with age ✨

This lady is the true definition of consistency, hard work and dedication to not only herself but to our gym squad! What a difference a year can make when you prioritize not only your fitness, but nutrition AND mindset! Not to mention letting me push her beyond what she believed she could do! Now she knows what she is capable of and that makes my trainer heart so incredibly proud and happy! 🥰

Killer Core coming at ya!
4 rounds - 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds between movements to transition and “rest”.

1. Weighted Deadbugs
2. Med Ball Rollout
3. Med Ball Twists (feet down)
4. Decline Knee Drivers to Alternating Plank Up
5. Back Extensions

I kid you not it’s taken me just about a year and a half for my abs to finally feel strong doing these exercises after my second pregnancy! This came with a ton of ab rehab, transverse 360 breathing during my workouts and modifying core movements to avoid a diastasis. Mommas, take my advice and don’t try and “get your pre baby body back” as soon as possible postpartum! Take your time and focus on getting stronger body, mind and soul all while embracing this new improved, yet better you! 🙌
