Three beautiful opportunities for me to create a space that allows folks in my community to be seen, heard, & supported.

Education is a part of who I am. It's the 1st pillar of my mission- to educate, to inspire, & to support people in their wellness journey!

Was I scared out of my mind...yes, but I showed up in the most true authentic & genuine way because at the end of the day- I'm not just a teacher but a student as well. I too struggle with stress, I too forget to care for myself when life gets heavy, I too have to be reminded that it is my birthright to experience joy each and every single day!

So here I was- 3 different groups of beautiful people- sitting side by side with every butt in a seat or face on a computer screen.

Showing up for THEM in order to show up for myself 💜

God I love what I do! I'm so excited to really step into the workshop world 🎤🙌🏻

🙏🏻Special thank you to the amazing staff & students of Pikes Peak State College who took time out of their days for my virtual Mindful U sesh.

🙏🏻Special thank you to the incredible & courageous staff over at MK Legacy for allowing me to spend the evening with them.
