Om Shanti Yoga The UNSHAKABLE Coach™
Helping women become UNSHAKABLE when their world gets real weird. Embodiment • Nervous System • Self-Trust

06/17/2026

UNSHAKABLE has never been just one thing.
It's the 1:1 coaching space where we sit with the hard things, celebrate the beautiful things, and create real movement forward.
🤍
It's the workbook, the reflections, the uncomfortable questions, the laughter, the accountability, and the decision to become the version of yourself you know is in there.
🤍
It's the workshops, the paddleboards, the lakes, the conversations that happen when we slow down long enough to actually hear ourselves.
🤍
It's Music Monday, Talk About It Tuesday, Whimsical Wednesday, Truth Thursday, Feral Friday, Sensual Saturday, and Soulful Sunday.
🤍
It's dried fruit hanging art woven with intention, stories, symbolism, and a whole lot of heart.
🤍
It's coaching. It's creativity. It's embodiment. It's community. It's remembering who you are when life gets really weird.
🤍
Every offering I create comes from lived experience, years of study, motherhood, nature, movement, and a deep belief that we are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for.
🤍
So if you've supported a local business, shared a post, attended a class, purchased a creation, referred a friend, or simply cheered me on from the sidelines... thank you.
🤍
You're not just supporting a business.
🤍
You're supporting a woman building something meaningful from the ground up, while raising four humans, following a dream, and creating spaces where people can become a little more UNSHAKABLE.
🤍
And for that, I'll always be grateful.
🤍
Keep supporting those small businesses with big dreams!

UNSHAKABLE wasn't created on my best days.
🤍
It was created in the moments that brought me to my knees.
🤍
The moments where I questioned everything. The moments where I met grief, rage, fear, heartbreak, uncertainty, and versions of myself I didn't even know existed.
🤍
Life has a way of introducing us to all of our parts.
🤍
The beautiful ones. The messy ones. The wounded ones. The fierce ones.
🤍
And over the years, I've learned that strength isn't about avoiding those parts.
It's about learning how to sit with them, understand them, and grow through them.
🤍
I wouldn't be the woman I am today without my own coaching spaces. Without therapy. Without the people who held space for me while I figured out who I was becoming.
🤍
Those spaces changed my life and will continue to do so.
🤍
They reminded me that I wasn't meant to carry everything alone.
🤍
Now I have the honor of holding that space for others.
🤍
One of my favorite things about coaching is witnessing the moment a client sees something differently. The moment the pieces click. The moment they remember their own strength.
🤍
Watching people grow, trust themselves, and step into the life they're meant for will never stop being magical to me.
🤍
UNSHAKABLE isn't about having it all figured out.
🤍
It's about learning how to stay connected to yourself when life gets weird.
🤍
And if you're feeling pulled toward your own next chapter, I'd love to have a conversation.
🤍
Just two humans connecting and exploring what's possible.

Today looked like pink candles flickering while the house buzzed around me…a little card pull for guidance, seashell rituals for Aphrodite, soft music, creating on my computer, and letting myself exist in the tiny moments that make my spirit feel alive again.
🤍
That’s the thing about whimsy…
it’s not always grand or dramatic.
🤍
Sometimes it’s just choosing beauty on purpose.
Choosing softness.
Choosing ritual instead of rushing.
🤍
Maybe whimsy feels like:
dancing in your kitchen barefoot
collecting rocks and feathers like tiny treasures
lighting the “special” candle on a random Wednesday
romanticizing your coffee
speaking intentions into your day letting yourself believe life can still feel magical
🤍
What does whimsy mean to you?
How does it feel in your body?
And how can you invite a little more of it into your days?
🤍
The world feels heavy enough lately.
🤍
You’re allowed to create small pockets of wonder anyway.

Feral Friday thoughts from the mom of FOUR tiny humans:
🤍
It’s always funny to me when people watch my youngest launch herself off furniture like a fearless woodland creature and go, “Ahhh yes. Second child energy.”
🤍
Bestie.
She’s number FOUR.
🤍
At this point, I don’t even think it’s birth order.
I think my kids just inherited the part of me that says:
“let’s see what happens.”
🤍
And maybe this is my tiny little feral truth for today:
sometimes it stings a little when people don’t fully see the life you built…or the sacrifices you made to build it.
🤍
I moved mountains, routines, comfort, time, stability — all to be closer to family. And sometimes that closeness doesn’t look the way you imagined it would.
🤍
But my kids?
They see me.
🤍
In the lake days.
The dance parties in the kitchen.
The exhausted mom moments.
The “sure, let’s try it” energy.
The softness.
The rebuilding.
The resilience.
🤍
They are all little reflections of pieces of me walking around outside my body, and that’s both beautiful and mildly terrifying.
🤍
Anyway.
Here’s to the moms holding a whole universe together while people wildly underestimate how much they carry.
🤍
UNSHAKABLE doesn’t always look polished.
🤍
Sometimes it looks like surviving on coffee, instinct, and a nervous system held together with dry shampoo and stubbornness.

Soulful Sunday looked like winding mountain roads, full bellies, loud laughter, tiny hands reaching for yours, motorcycles rumbling through Red River, and those little unexpected run-ins with people you love.
🤍
One of those days where nothing had to be extravagant to feel full.
🤍
Just being together. Wandering. Taking it all in. Letting life happen slowly for a minute.
🤍
There’s something really healing about mountain towns on Memorial Day weekend. The music floating through the streets, people out living, stories being shared, engines echoing through the mountains, kids wide-eyed over everything. It reminds you how important it is to actually live your life while you’re in it.
🤍
Today filled my cup in the simplest ways.
Good food. Good people. Fresh mountain air.
Little moments that somehow become the big ones.
🤍
That’s the kind of softness I want more of.
🤍
The kind that grounds you back into gratitude without even trying.
🤍
UNSHAKABLE doesn’t always look like pushing harder.
Sometimes it looks like wandering through mountain streets with your people and realizing…this right here is the good stuff

Today’s truth brought to you by:
ice balls to the face, sitting on a tree stump, overstimulation, mom-brain, nervous system static, and me trying not to become full blown rage monkey after being in the car all day with 4 kids
🤍
Somewhere between the deep breaths and the accidental skincare tutorial, I started thinking about what Truth Thursday topic I had for today. I kept circling back to how I can feel myself outgrowing this version of me.
🤍
The one that shrunk herself.
The one that second guessed her intuition.
The one that kept trying to make herself digestible for people who were never going to understand her magic anyway.
🤍
Because the truth is…I really do believe we are souls having human experiences.
🤍
And if you get that…you understand why life feels both deeply meaningful and completely absurd at the exact same time.
🤍
Why some seasons crack you open.
Why some people fall away.
Why you suddenly wake up one day unable to keep performing versions of yourself that no longer fit.
🤍
There’s a strange kind of grief in becoming.
A shedding.
A releasing.
A “thank you for getting me here, but I can’t stay this version anymore.”
🤍
Maybe becoming UNSHAKABLE looks less like “having it all together”…
and more like finally trusting yourself enough to stop abandoning the parts of you that were never meant to stay small.
🤍
Maybe it’s letting yourself evolve without apologizing for it.
🤍
Maybe it’s realizing peace doesn’t always arrive softly.
Sometimes it arrives like a wildfire clearing out everything false.
🤍
And maybe that’s why this whole human experience feels so weird and beautiful all at once.
🤍
We’re constantly being asked to let go…while simultaneously becoming more ourselves than we’ve ever been.
🤍
So find your tribe.
Find the people who resonate.
The people who see your magic without needing you to dilute it first.
🤍
Because this human experience gets a whole lot softer when you stop trying to force yourself into spaces that were never meant for your soul in the first place.

Today’s craft turned into something much deeper than I expected.
🤍
I found myself thinking about braiding and weaving…how for so many cultures throughout history it wasn’t just about beauty.
🤍
It was intention. Protection. Prayer. Storytelling. Energy woven carefully by hand.
🤍
So there I was today, sitting with my Mother’s Day flowers, sticks gathered from the earth, h**p string, music playing, completely in my feelers about how fleeting this life really is.
🤍
How important it is to hug your people.
To say the thing.
To love loudly while you still can.
🤍
Instead of throwing the flowers away once they started changing form, I turned them into a wall hanging to keep the beauty going a little longer. And whatever couldn’t be woven in got returned back to the earth…fed to the birds and placed onto my crow plate.
🤍
Nothing sacred wasted here.
🤍
Slow down. Make beauty with what’s already been loved.
🤍
I think that might be the whole lesson lately.
🤍
I hope you add some Whimsy to your Wednesday!

Let's talk about Contentment because that's where my brain has been hanging out since class this morning.
🤍
Not the kind that says “settle.”
Not the kind that means you stop dreaming or growing or wanting more for your life.
But the kind that lets you actually arrive in a moment long enough to feel it.
🤍
In yoga, we call it Santosha.
🤍
Contentment.
🤍
A practice of being with what is without constantly chasing what’s next.
🤍
And whew…that one can feel real uncomfortable in a world that tells us we should always be improving, fixing, hustling, proving.
🤍
So I started wondering…
What does contentment actually feel like to you?
Do you trust it?
Do you let yourself rest inside it?
Or does your nervous system immediately start searching for the next thing to solve?
🤍
Because sometimes being content looks less like some blissed-out mountain-top moment…
and more like:
slow coffee after class
sunlight hitting your face just right
dancing in your kitchen
floating on the water
realizing this version of you deserves to be here too
🤍
UNSHAKABLE isn’t about becoming a woman who never wants more.
🤍
It’s becoming a woman who can hold gratitude and desire in the same breath.
🤍
So anywho, that’s today’s Talk about it Tuesday question:
What is your relationship with contentment?
