I think this is something we don’t talk about enough.
Sometimes you’re not struggling with knowing what healthy eating looks like.
You’re just tired of thinking about it.
What am I making for dinner?
Did I get enough protein today?
Should I be eating more carbs?
Is this actually a healthy choice?
What am I supposed to buy at the grocery store?
Do I need that supplement everyone is talking about?
And then tomorrow, you get to do it all again.
That gets exhausting.
Especially when you’ve been trying to eat well for years and still feel like you’re constantly second-guessing yourself.
I don’t think you need another list of foods to eat or rules to follow.
I think you need nutrition to take up less space in your head.
That might mean having a few go-to meals you know work for you. It might mean finally understanding what your body actually needs. It might mean having a plan for the grocery store so you aren't wandering around trying to remember everything you saw on Instagram this week.
That’s the kind of nutrition support I want to provide.
Not more information.
Not another diet.
Just a way to make healthy eating feel a whole lot less complicated.
If you’re tired of thinking about food all the time, send me a message. We can talk about what’s making it feel so hard.
