Held annually, on the first Saturday in May to benefit those living with Diabetes. Join us for the 8th Annual Derby for Diabetes, Colorado Springs’ ONLY Kentucky Derby Party. “Bet” on your favorite horse and cheer him on for a chance to win prizes for win, place and show. Enjoy food and drink derby-style and bring home your own commemorative derby glass. Derby for Diabetes benefits the mission and work of the American Diabetes Association in the Pikes Peak region; including Camp Colorado, a week-long summer camp for kids with type 1 diabetes at Eagle Lake, Colorado.
