Stop being the “I wish I could” guy.
“I wish I could lose weight.”
“I wish I could get stronger.”
“One day I’ll get in shape.”
“One day I’ll start.”
One day is a dangerous place. Too many people live there and never leave.
The people getting results aren’t wishing for it—they’re working for it.
Quit hoping things happen.
Take the steps to MAKE them happen.
