A little Labor Day reminder 🌿

We spend so much of our lives doing,
working, planning, creating, building, moving on to whatever comes next.

But we are human beings, not human doings.

So today, slow down enough to notice what’s already around you.
The clouds moving overhead.
A rainbow after the rain.
Mushrooms pushing through the earth.
The leaves beginning to change.
That imaginary little crispness in the Colorado air. 😂🍂

There is so much beauty happening around us all the time, and we don’t have to accomplish anything to be worthy of experiencing it.

Today, just be. 🌈🍄🌿

Today is a proud day for Ahavah. 💚🐸

Jen & Bianca — our very first Kambo Ministers trained right here at the sanctuary, are officially taking the wheel and leading their Kambo ceremony.

There is something incredibly special about watching the women you trained step forward with confidence, integrity, and trust in everything they’ve learned.

These two answered the call. They showed up for the work. They rose to the challenges that come with choosing a path of service and becoming someone others can trust to hold them through vulnerable and powerful moments.

And today, we get to step back and watch them lead. 🥹

We are so unbelievably proud of these warrior women and the healers they are becoming.

May this be the first of many ceremonies held by your hands and hearts. 💚🐸
