I’ve ordered from this company for several years now. From the ingredients they use, that is, the quality of the ingredients, to the processing of them, keeping them clean and usable, absorbable, not denaturing them.. and definitely don’t want to leave out how well products are packaged and promptly shipped. I started taking this about 2 weeks ago. I can't say 100% that it fies help. But it has good quality ingredients which do help with inflammation. I haven't taken NSAIDs since starting this, my leg swelling is much better and my back pain(bone spurs and degenerative disc disease) along with sciatica is much improved. The taste isn't horrible you can easily add it to plain water and drink it, I put it in my coffee in the morning and pre work out in the afternoon. Definitely worth a try.
