Chronic pain can cause depression and depression in turn worsens your pain. If you think it is just in your mind, you’re wrong. Because depression increases your pain making you more sensitive. And your pain that remained uncured for a long time can cause depression.
You may need separate treatments for each condition so please consult a doctor. We suggest having some of the following to control both: exercise, yoga, or meditation, and having at least 8 hours of sleep.
